Reservations

Some FAO SchwarzF floor moments take a reservation — birthday hours, personal shopping, and after-hours tours. Bryant Park Play LLC books them from the New York desk.

Write [email protected] with the date, party size, and which experience you want. Personal shopping notes go to [email protected]. We confirm by email; a card hold may apply for private buyouts.

Store hours are daily 10:00 AM–8:00 PM ET at 350 West 43rd Street, Suite 800, New York, NY 10036. Phone +1 (212) 564-8913.
